We offer a wide variety of welding techniques ranging from automated
welding of ultra-thin plates to manual welding by skilled welders
of custom-made thick plates (for boilers, etc.). Our automatic internal
welding is known for its quality weld zone, the result of our own
technology.

Press working on stainless steel requires special techniques and
experience since it is vulnerable to hardening. We meet customer
needs by applying our container manufacturing technology. Our technical
expertise ranges from spinning of ultra-thin plates to ultra-deep
drawing of thick plates by means of 600-ton presses and warm drawing.

| In order to the improve anti-corrosion characteristics of
stainless steel, we offer a variety of processings ranging
from acid cleaning and electrolytic polishing (generation
of insulating film) to 800-buff finishing and complex polishing
after EP processing. The quality of our delivered products
is ensured by ultrasonic cleaning, alkaline cleaning and cleaning
with pressurized water (automated on the beer cask production
line). (A leakage test is done using He gas.) |

Clean Room

| Our Class 1000 clean room assures
the ultra cleanliness required for chemical containers for
the semiconductor industry and containers for high purity
medicines. When the volume of dissolved ions is required to
be in the order of PPT, all the parts used are cleaned with
ultra pure water and then air-tested in the clean room. |
